Can you try re-locking and unlocking again using the chinese tool? Not being able deplyoer just put the winrar installer on a pendrive, or ssd, or cd or dvd and then installing it on pc through it, or just going to the winrar oficial website and downloading it and installing it, or asking someone else to sent the installer through my email to then get it and install on my pc,….
